ABOUT MY APPROACH Counseling is an opportunity for one to clarify and express their thoughts and feelings to a compassionate listener in order to help them create the changess they want in their life. We all have the right to grow, change and evolve to become the people that we were intended to be with the potential that is only limited by our fears and doubts. Once we unleash that which hold us back, we are freed up to become more of who we really are and to express our inner selves in a way that brings more uniqueness and quality to our lives. I will help you foster insight and awareness, the first steps towards making real and lasting changes in your life. I know life is no a "one size fits all," and we all have different trajectories of where we are going but one thing is true for all of us...Even in our darkest hour we can find a way to feel good again when we have the right tools and the right mentors to help us get there.

ABOUT ME I am originally form Detroit, Michigan but spent a great deal of my growing up years in Indianapolis and did my undergraduate work at Purdue University. I am an avid reader and although I love to read about psychology, I also love books about travel, food and nutrition. I love yoga, sailing, hikes and walks in nature and just being in the great outdoors. I have a wonderful son and daughter-in-law and a precious grandbaby. Being one who believes that we create a life one goal at a time, this year I learned to ride a motorcycle and next year I plan to visit the Caribbean Islands. I look forwad to meeting you and helping you create the changes you desire in your life! Blessings...Jeannie Cooper, LPC
