Ted Etling, PsyD
Dr. Ted W. Etling is a Clinical Psychologist with specialized training in Neuropsychology. He received his Doctorate Degree from Argosy University in Chicago. Dr. Etling completed a one-year Pre-doctoral Internship in Neuropsychology from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and a 2-year Postdoctoral Fellowship in Neuropsychology from the JFK Medical Center in New Jersey. His experience includes cognitive rehabilitation of patients with various neurological conditions and neurocognitive issues associated with head injuries. He also worked with Northside Psychological Services in Atlanta where he performed forensic evaluations on teenagers adjudicated through the Georgia Department of Justice. Dr. Etling has prior training in the assessment of ADHD/Learning Disorders, as well as psychotherapy experience with mood disorders, anxiety, pain disorder, couples counseling, and domestic violence issues. He is recently trained in the use of neurofeedback for the treatment of a variety of disorders. Dr. Etling is a consultant for Alliance for Career & Education in Baltimore, MD, a service that develops, implements and manages academic, college admission, pre-career, job readiness and job placement programs for students. He has developed an 18 week cognitive retraining program for the improvement of attention, memory and executive skills for Alliance for Career & Education. Dr. Etling also has specialized training in the treatment of domestic violence offenders.
